Acodei Refund Policy

Acodei is a business-only (B2B) service. We give every new account a 14-day free trial so you can test the product before paying us.

After the trial ends, refunds are possible only in very limited cases. This page explains when we can and cannot issue a refund.


1. When We Can Refund

If you meet these rules, we’ll reverse 100 % of that charge back to your original payment method.


2. When We Can’t Refund

  • You used Acodei after the charge (even one sync).
  • You waited more than 7 days to report the billing problem.
  • Your account is disconnected and we can’t verify usage.
  • Historical data pulls or credits — once delivered, they’re non-refundable.
  • Annual plans — no refunds after the 14-day trial

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@acodei.com or open an in-app ticket.
  2. Include the charge ID or invoice number and a short note on why you’re asking.
  3. We’ll review within 3 business days and, if approved, process the refund through Stripe (funds usually appear in 5-10 business days).
